Reports are readily available and clear to interpret and automatically updated. Categorizing and tracking expenses, invoices, and customer history is pretty easy. Quickbooks integrates with most other small business software out there that has any sort of financial functionality. I cannot imagine going back to manual invoicing, expense, and profit/loss tracking.
